Print Express supplies ink and toner cartridges, printer rentals, and related products and services from our premises in Kimberley, Northern Cape. Product descriptions, compatibility information, and pricing shown on our website are provided in good faith but may change without notice and should be confirmed with us before purchase.
Submitting an enquiry through our website does not create a binding order. Orders are confirmed once we have agreed on the product, price, and payment with you directly, whether in person, by phone, WhatsApp, or email.
All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable, unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to decline or cancel an order affected by an obvious pricing mistake.
Returns, exchanges, and warranty claims on products purchased from Print Express are handled in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, 2008. Please contact us with your proof of purchase to arrange a return or warranty claim.
Printer rental terms, including deposits, rental periods, and care of the equipment, are agreed separately with each customer at the time of rental and form part of these Terms for that transaction.
You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes. You may not attempt to disrupt the website, access it using automated means to scrape content, or misuse the enquiry form to submit false or malicious information.
The Print Express name, logo, and website content are our property or used with permission and may not be copied or reused without our consent.
To the extent permitted by law, Print Express is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of our website or products, except where such liability cannot be excluded under the Consumer Protection Act, 2008.
